The Perfect Organic Seedling Pots to Grow Saplings & Starters

Whether you're a home cook, teacher, or experienced gardener, these pots make it easy to get started. You can grow vegetables, flowers, succulents, and tropical plants right from home.

With these biodegradable starter pots, you can start herbs, propagate succulents, root tropicals, and give your vegetables a strong head start. At the same time, you help prevent root rot and transplant shock while supporting a small North American business.

Even in the middle of winter, you can start your plants indoors. Then, once the weather warms up, simply plant the entire pot directly into the ground. Alternatively, place the pot into a ceramic planter and keep growing indoors.

Say Goodbye to Transplant Shock & Root Circulation

When starting vegetables, cuttings, or saplings, most growers use small plastic pots and then transplant. As a result, many young plants struggle to survive that step.

Instead, with Daniel’s Plants, you can grow your seedlings and plant them straight into your garden without ever removing the pot.

This means no transplant shock.
It also means no root circulation.
And most importantly, no withered plants.

So rather than dealing with plastic nursery pots, switch to biodegradable pots that simplify the entire process.

100% Natural & Biodegradable (OMRI Listed)

At the core, these 2 inch pots use only spruce fibers, which come from a forestry byproduct.

Because of this, there are no additives and no fillers.

These pots are OMRI listed, making them suitable for organic growing.

As the plants grow, the material naturally breaks down in the soil while still supporting healthy root development. Whether you are using aquaponics, hydroponics, or traditional soil methods, these pots fit right in.

    Go Green

Choose our OMRI-listed degradable pots made with just one thing—spruce fibers (a forestry by-product). Let's help make gardening greener! These pots are environmentally friendly, and we provide bonus degradable plant labels with your order. Contains no environmentally unsustainable peat, or harmful lead-filled paper.

    Roots Grow Through

Prevent transplant shock and root circulation by planting the entire root ball into the soil. Due to the porous, thin-walled design, the roots grow right through, so there's no need to disturb the delicate root system of your seedlings by pulling them out of conventional pots.

    Porous Pots = Better Drainage

Water drains right through, no need for drainage holes. Just plant your veggies, herbs, saplings or even tropical plant cuttings, and watch them grow! Then, when they're big enough to be transplanted, you can plant the whole pot in the soil. Once surrounded by moisture, it will degrade naturally.

    Forget Plastic

For a green industry, gardening sure does use a LOT of plastic! By choosing plantable pots, you're reducing the amount of plastic nursery pots that end up thrown out and in the landfill.
